Thank you all so much!  He couldn't believe his eyes!  Thanks to all the quilters!  We all had so much fun seeing where all the squares were from!  Nicholas and Spencer are so proud of it!  Thank you again for brightening up a little boys day, year!

Keep up the great ministry,
Donna and Nicholas

Nicholas B.'s Story
written by mom Donna

Nicholas was born with multiple birth defects but wasn't diagnosed with Fanconi Anemia until he was 2 and a half years old.  He has had multiple surgeries including a tube for feeding and a trach, v-p shunt for hydrocephalus and now is currently in bone marrow failure.  He is getting platelet and packed red cell transfusions now to keep him alive.  A bone marrow transplant would help the bone marrow but he has infection in his lungs and isn't eligible for the only cure that is available at this time.

He is a true angel and blessed our home from birth. He is always full of life and a very happy child.  He loves playing with his brother, Spencer.  They are the best of buddies! He is truly my hero and touches the lives of everyone who is blessed to meet him.

He is definitely one of our gifts from God.
